Psychotherapist, craniosacral therapist & educational programme designer
Everything I design is built around the same question: what does it take for a child to learn to pay attention, to feel what they feel without being overwhelmed, to relate to others with care, and to live well in a world that makes all of this harder?
The programmes described here are not isolated interventions. They are structured pathways built on decades of field experience, clinical understanding, and collaboration with educators who know what real classrooms are like.
I design and lead PEACE® and WISE UP, delivered through my non-profits — and train and certify the educators and organisations who bring them into their own schools.
950+ schools · 35,000+ students aged 5–17
The mindfulness programme I founded — now the most widely implemented mindfulness-based programme in French schools, reaching 950+ schools and 35,000+ students aged 5–17 across France, Belgium, Switzerland and Quebec. Patroned by Matthieu Ricard, Christophe André, Ilios Kotsou, Joel Monzée, Julien Peron and Elena Antonova PhD, with a research partnership through Brunel University’s LENA Lab.
A digital-wellbeing training programme for educators, delivered as an Erasmus+ project through EUNEOS — an 8-session structure combining mindfulness practice, psychoeducation and classroom tools, developed with 12 partner organisations across six countries.
The UK home for this work — bringing PEACE® and WISE UP’s approach into British schools through my non-profit.
The non-profit I founded to carry PEACE®’s research, training and international partnerships — the organisational home behind all of the above.
